General Meeting of Shareholders on 22 April 2010

The annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Accell Group N.V. will be held on Thursday 22 April 2010 at the offices of Batavus B.V. in Heerenveen, the Netherlands. The agenda for the meeting including annexes is now available on this website (under 'Corporate Governance', General Meeting of Shareholders'). Shareholders uanble to attend the meeting in person, but who wish to vote, are given the opportunity to make use of a Power of Attorney, which is also available on this website.
